Join us in our annual “Make Change” campaign. It is simple! First, find an empty container such as a large mason jar, an old pickle jar, milk jug, whatever! Decorate your jar using the childhood cancer theme. Include photos of children, gold ribbons, poems, artwork your children create, anything you can imagine! Set your jar in an obvious place and collect change throughout the year. September is childhood cancer awareness month. That is a great time to take your jar into your local bank and cash your coins. Tell your bank you’re doing this for charity and I bet they’ll waive any service charges (some banks take a percentage of the change counted). Send your donations to The Kayla Weber Believe Foundation and feel great about your hard work this year. YOU have made a change in the lives of our children! See the “Donate Now” section for options on sending your donations.
· This is a wonderful family project. We have received photos from so many families whose children have created their very own jars!
· This is a great project for the classroom or church groups. Have an awareness day and let the children know this is a great way to help!
· Create a classic jar and bring it in to work. Place it in your lunch room so that employees can drop off their change from lunch runs, morning coffee, etc! If you have your own business or get permission from your supervisor, place one at the front counter where customers and clients can “make change” as well!

The Kayla Weber Believe Foundation has a national effort growing in an attempt to recruit “teams” in all 50 states! Together, we can set goals for our communities and raise awareness and funding for childhood cancer!
Several volunteers have graciously donated their time and effort in states across the country. These volunteers are working hard with the Foundation to develop fundraising events in their communities. They are partners in our mission to create education and awareness of childhood cancers while helping to fund research!
If you would like to volunteer your time and become a team member in your state, please email us. Tell me a little about yourself, where you live and what you think you can add to this effort! Are you creative? Do you have experience with fundraising? Are you just a hard worker and want to make a difference? Let me know and I will add you to your state’s team where you can communicate with other members and work to achieve the Foundation’s goals!
